With her life companion Jocko, the former flight attendant has four grown children: three daughters and one son. On September 25, 1999, they welcomed their first child, a daughter called Freja. She is a Berkeley, California, University of California student. She attended Point Loma High School for her education. Freja participated in dancing programs during the time.
Rana, their second child, was born in March 2001. The San Luis Obispo resident, 19, competes in pointer wrestling. In addition to being the first female wrestler from Point Loma High School to qualify for the state tournament since the 1990s, she created history there when she graduated from the school. She trained under Brian Lamb, the coach.
The young lady has also taken home several significant local tithats. At California Polytechnic State University, she is a student right now.
In addition, Helen gave birth to their son Thorson in December 2002, marking their third parental milestone. In 2009, they had their third daughter.
