When he started the regimen, his weight was 220 pounds. He’s already lost about 190 pounds and is prepared to resume a diet low in carbohydrates.
Bradley agreed to change his diet to almost exclusively consist of meat.
Bradley said, “You can eat anything that walks, swims, or flies, and I did a lot of fruit as well.” His transformation has been so amazing that several colleagues have questioned if he is sick.
Eating only beef that has been grass-fed is the key. No vegetables are present. Furthermore, there aren’t any starches, sauces, sides, or even ketchup. All I use for seasoning is salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
By the time Bradley got to Japan for the Zozo Championship in mid-October, he had dropped back down to 190 pounds, but he felt like he was swinging more easily and hadn’t lost any distance or swing speed.
Following a T-5 finish at the Sanderson Farms Championship to begin the fall season, Bradley won by a stroke at Accordia Golf Narshino Country Club after playing four great rounds, including a final two-under 68.
