From the year 1974, Dell’Abate began his profession as a producer. He was assisting in the creation of ‘The Uncle Floyd Show’ at the time. He has worked as a producer, a segment producer, and even an executive producer in several TV programs, shows, and films since then. Gary has been a regular on ‘The Howard Stern Show’ since September 4, 1984, first on 66 WNBC and subsequently on K-Rock in New York City. Then he went to Sirius XM Radio to broadcast. He was hired for $150 per week in the beginning, and his responsibilities included making Stern’s lunch and coordinating the show’s guests’ itineraries.

His prior nickname was “Boy-Gary,” but he now goes by the moniker “Baba Booey,” which he got after recounting a tale about his prized collection of animation cels on “The Howard Stern Show” on July 26, 1990. In 1989, he was a member of the ‘U.S. Open Sores,’ and in 1998, he was a member of ‘The Howard Stern Radio Show.’ The producer worked for ‘Howard Stern’ and ‘For What It’s Worth’ in 2005 and 2013. Finally, he worked as a producer and performer for more than 500 episodes of the humor chat program ‘Howard Stern on Demand’ in 2006.
