Yahritza Martinez and her four siblings were born to father Jose Martinez and mother Rosa Martinez.
Yahritza y Su Esencia parents were born and raised in Jiquilpan, Michoacán, Mexico. They later moved to Yakima, Washington. Both Jose Martinez and Rosa Martinez were big influences on their younger ones’ musical interests and careers.
