Eric Fructuoso, also known as Frederick John Marco Magdaluyo Fructuoso, was born on March 31, 1977. The Filipino actor was brought to see his parents, Carmencita “Menchie/Chai” Querubin Magdaluyo and Frederick Alexander Santos Fructuoso Sr.
He is also the maternal grandfather of Carlos Magdaluyo, the previous director of PAGCOR. Eric belonged to the Aklanon family since Carlos did.
Additionally, Josefina Ofelia Reyes Santos was his paternal grandmother and Federico Novales Fructuoso was his paternal grandpa.
Fructuoso is descended from a prominent and strong family. The third Executive minister of Iglesia Cristo is Eduardo V. Manalo, the second cousin of the actor.
Additionally, he is Filipino in ethnicity (half Aklanon, half Tagalog), with traces of Chinese and Spanish ancestry.
