Emiru was born on January 3, 1998, in Wichita, Kansas, to parents of German and Chinese ancestry. Emiru’s past before her ascent to online stardom is unknown because she has not spoken much about her family, childhood, or education. She got highly excited about video games at an early age, especially those that she would continue to play for many years.
Riot Games invented LoL, a multiplayer online fighting arena. inspired by the popular Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne mod “Defense of the Ancients” (DotA). Although the game is free to play, gamers can use real money to purchase cosmetics and other products, a technique known as microtransactions. In the game, players take on the role of a summoner, commanding a champion with special skills. He or she then joins forces with other summoner-controlled champions to battle an opposing champion team. Most games include the goal of destroying the enemy’s Nexus, which is located at the center of their fortress.
