Edi Mue Gathegi was born on March 10, 1979, in Nairobi, Kenya, to his father John N’ Gathegi and mother. However, due to his father’s occupation in the United States, he grew up in Albany, California. He is 42 years old right now. The individual is of African-American descent and is of black ethnicity. Edi has also spent his life participating in and mastering several sports. However, he is most passionate about basketball, which he found in high school. Edi got his high school diploma from his hometown in California. He went on to the University of California, Santa Barbara, after that. The man dabbled in basketball during his education and aspired to be a national player. However, a knee injury caused him to abandon his basketball dreams. As a result, he fell into a deep despair, from which his parents assisted him in emerging. He subsequently began taking acting classes, which led to his graduation from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.
