Dixie D’Amelio began using Instagram in 2015. With her aspiring model-like features, she has amassed over 10.1 million followers on the platform after only five years. In early 2018, she landed her first modeling job.
Furthermore, after seeing her sister’s huge success on TikTok, she was inspired to join as well. With only 26 montages, she has amassed 24.1 million followers and 597.7 million video likes. Dixie joined a TikTok collaborative group called ‘The Hype House’ in late 2019.
Her participation in the group led to several brand deals and endorsements, as well as an alliance with other famous TikTok stars such as Tony Lopez, Ondreaz Lopez, Addison Rae, Chase Hudson, Wyatt Xavier, and many more.
Dixie and Charli left ‘The Hype House’ in late spring 2020. The decision was made in the aftermath of months of drama surrounding the group. Despite their departure, the sisters maintained friendly relations with the others.
She is an athlete in addition to being active on social media.
Dixie competed in several track events during her high school years. She played Lacrosse at King School and frequently posts pictures of herself during a hockey game because she was a member of the school’s Varsity Field Hockey Team.
Dixie finished 38th out of 46 competitors in the 3000 meters race at the 2013 Junior Olympics in Connecticut.
