Although Phaedra and Dr. O may not be together anymore, the mother of two has nothing but kind words for her doctor bae. She explained to Page Six that, whether they’re together or not, the cardiologist remains “one of the most brilliant men that I’ve ever met and dated in my life.”

Phaedra also said she’s never been known for dating the “smartest men” in her lifetime, so Dr. O was a nice change. While that comment was likely for Apollo, her past relationship with her friend Quad’s ex, Gregory Lunceford, came up on the Married to Medicine premiere.

During the episode, Phaedra shared with Heavenly and Jackie that Gregory was the one who introduced her to Quad. She said she and Gregory had been friends since Gregory moved to Atlanta and that Phaedra often acted as Gregory’s “wingman.”

While Phaedra described their relationship as strictly platonic, her co-stars, Heavenly and Jackie, wondered if Quad was telling the truth when she claimed Gregory and Phaedra dated. Phaedra then confirmed that they did date back in the day but said the word “date” needed some context.

Heavenly informed Phaedra that the group’s definition of “dating” meant sex and demonstrated what she meant with sexual hand gestures. Phaedra denied ever having sex with Gregory, though Heavenly didn’t believe it based on Phaedra’s colorful history with the truth.

“I don’t know what happened based off of what Phaedra Parks says because Phaedra Parks doesn’t always tell the truth,” Heavenly said in a confessional. “The truth ain’t in the b---h.”
