Zealous launched his YouTube channel on April 1, 2009, and on October 6, 2016, he posted his debut video. Initially, the majority of his videos included backflips. Later, he modified his message. He only managed to add 49k subscribers by the end of August 2020.
He made an appearance on September 5, 2020, in a MrBeast video. There were four participants in the challenge, and Mr. Beast would scream out the last person to press the diamond play button. Fortunately, Matthew was able to take first place. In less than nine hours after the video went live, he added more than a million members.
