Gus Sackey was played by David Jonsson in the eight-episode season of The Industry. They saw him deal with rejection and the agony of being stuck in a “carefully concealed but sexually adventurous relationship” with “straight” guy Theo Tuck, played by actor Will Tudor. We couldn’t help but notice Will ignoring David every time they saw each other in the office.
We were, however, completely unaware of David’s real-life dating life. David, as he admitted to INQUIRER.NET, is very different from the Eton and Oxford graduate he played. The interviewer wasn’t sure if he was talking about his sexual orientation as well. At the time of writing, the up-and-coming actor had never introduced a girlfriend or boyfriend.
