Darryl’s mother, as previously stated, married twice. He is the older brother of his half-sister Courtney Cook, who is now a professional photographer, and Dane Cook, an actor, writer, and stand-up comedian.
Aside from Courtney and Dane, McCauley grew up with his three sisters, Judith A. McNeil, Geralyn M. Keough, and Kathryn M. Cook, the details of whom are unknown to the public. They could be his half-sisters or not, but they are definitely his stepfather’s daughters.
