Daisy Tomlinson’s life has already experienced two difficult periods. Leukemia claimed her mother Johannah in 2016 and her older sister Felicite Tomlinson two years later in 2019, when Daisy first experienced these losses.
About her mother’s passing, Johannah passed away at the age of 43 in the wee hours of December 7, 2016. The heartbroken family revealed the information in a statement that said:
“The family of Johannah Deakin bid him go in the wee hours of Wednesday, December 7, with unfathomable sorrow. Johannah was diagnosed with a highly aggressive form of leukemia earlier this year, necessitating prompt and ongoing therapy.
The statement went on to say,
“We humbly ask that the family be allowed the privacy and time to grieve.”
Daisy’s mother passed away when she was just 13 years old. It rocked her to her very core. She posted on social media in mourning for her mother’s passing, expressing her ongoing loss. On December 7, 2021, Daisy posted a picture of her mother on Instagram on the fifth anniversary of her passing.
It has been five years, or half a decade since we had to part ways. Daisy captioned the photo, saying, “I struggle to find the right words because no words could do justice to the way I miss you now and every day.”
