Collin Sexton was born on January 4, 1999, in Marietta, Georgia, to Darnell and Gia Sexton. Sexton has an excellent relationship with his parents. His parents are frequently seen supporting and cheering him on during his bouts. Collin grew up with two older siblings: brother Jordan Sexton and sister Giauna Sexton.
Collin recalls playing basketball with his brother Jordan regularly as a kid. Both of his siblings encouraged him throughout his basketball career. Collin talked about his sibling
“He made me as tough as I am. Always struggling, always there for me, whether the game is good or bad. He was always there to cheer me up. You’re always the one who is tough on me. And I’m continually grateful to him for it.”
It’s fair to say that Sexton’s close-knit family has been a rock in his journey, providing strength and dedication throughout his basketball career.
