Since their divorce, Ashley has remained single and concentrated on her work. LaMelo obtained a professional contract with Vytautas Prienai-Birtonas of Lithuania after graduating from high school in 2017.
He didn’t have much of an impact on the team’s performance, so in the summer of 2018, he went back to high school and joined the Los Angeles Ballers basketball team, which plays in the Junior Basketball Association. This, too, was brief because he transferred from JBA to the SPIRE Institute, a prep school in Geneva, Ohio, while on an international tour.
