Alyssa Washington was born on February 2, 2002, in Abilene, Texas, United States. She chose the offer from the University of Texas over other options including Minnesota, North Carolina, and Wichita State.
This is because she had already decided to join Texas rather than any other team. In both basketball and softball, she has been named an Academic All-District 3-6A selection in 2019. Alyssa attended Abilene High School for her basic schooling before moving on to pursue her gaming profession, which included softball, powerlifting, and basketball.
She was raised by her loving and caring parents, Osiris and Renee Washington, and spent her youth with her five other siblings, Kayley and AJ Washington, as well as Michael, Daniel, and Devin Romero. Joining Texas had always been one of her ambitions.
