Otis Williams has never been wed. In 1961, he wed Josephine Rogers, and the following year, they welcomed his son Otis Lamont. Builder Otis Lamont perished while swan jumping off the building in a labor accident in Detroit in 1983. Williams and Josephine got divorced in 1964. He then became engaged to Patti Labelle, but she broke it up after he demanded that she stop performing and settle down.
Williams wed Ann Cain from 1967 to 1973. He then wed Arleata Goldie Williams, his third wife, in 1983. Arleata’s daughter was the playboy playmate of the month in June 1994. He also goes by the name “Big Daddy.” In 2004, a hoax about Otis Williams’ death was propagated on Facebook. However, he is today healthy and alive.
