Alfredo made his acting debut in 2002, playing the role of Diner Cashier in the show The Guys. He then went on to star in films such as Living and Dining, Tied to a Chair, Like Sunday, Like Rain, Jacqueline Argentine, The Dark Tower, Worth, and others.
