The TV personality began her career as a morning and noon anchor for a local CBS station in South Carolina. She worked for the station from 2000 to 2004. Earhardt moved to Texas in 2005 and was employed by KENS-TV as an anchor of Eyewitness News This Morning and Eyewitness News at Noon.
She is mostly known as a co-host of Fox and Friends. She joined Fox News Channel in 2007 and became a co-host on the popular show in 2016. While working for the channel, she has co-hosted All- American New Year’s Eve, America’s News Headquarters and Fox and Friends First. She also had her own segment called Ainsley Across America on Hannity.
She has authored three books Take Heart, My Child: A Mother's Dream;Through Your Eyes: My Child's Gift to Me and an inspirational memoir, The Light Within Me: An Inspirational Memoir. She was named New York Times bestseller for her book Take Heart, My Child: A Mother's Dream.
