The father of Aiden Pleterski said that a few of his investors abducted him in December 2022. The papers presented on 14 March 2023 revealed it. Toronto realtor Sacha Amar Dario Singh sued Pleterski first. Since then, investors have been owing $35 million. Norman Groot, a fraud recovery attorney representing 150 Pletersk investors, believes the statistics are far higher.
Singh invested $4.6 million with Pleterski’s AP Private Equity Ltd. between April 2021 and January 2022, a Mareva injunction allowed by Ontario Superior Court Judge Phillip Sutherland.
